Exchange Policy

At Bomencia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

For All Products:

 

➤Bomencia offers an exchange policy for all products. If you wish to exchange your product, you must ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. There are no shipping charges for exchanges. The product must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odour.

➤Upon receiving your return parcel, the product will undergo a quality check. Bomencia reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product does not pass the quality check.

 

➤We process exchanges in the form of store credit, valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange.

 

➤Cancellation is only possible if the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid. Please contact us via the ‘contact us’ link for cancellation requests.

 

On-Sale Purchases:

 

➤Products purchased on sale cannot be canceled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
